Bryt Kitchen is a licensed kitchen in Calgary, Alberta. We believe the best Eastern cuisine comes from real ingredients and restrained craft.

Our Craft Good food starts the moment you choose the ingredients, not the moment you season them. If they aren't good enough on a given day, we simply don't make that batch. Whether it's hand-rolled meatballs, hand-folded dumplings, a meal kit, or a fresh ingredient off our shelf, we make it in small batches and pack it at its freshest.

Where We Make It We cook in our licensed Calgary kitchen, from scratch and to our own recipes. Every batch is made fresh.
